 100% of the surgery fee is due before the surgery date. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.
We also offer flexible financing through Care Credit. Qualified applicants can finance the surgery fee through Care Credit interest free.
As a courtesy we will file your insurance claim. Insurance is an agreement between you, your employer, and your insurance company. We are not a party to that agreement.
Usual and Customary Rates:
Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment for our patients, and our fees are customary for our area. As an in-network provider for Ameritas, Delta Dental, MetLife and United Healthcare, our practice is utilizing your insurance company’s fee schedule with is approximately 30-40% less than the usual and customary fees for the Raleigh-Cary area.
